NEW YORK: The one hundred and sixty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Austin-Smith:Lord’s Cardiff Studio has had one of its most successful years, securing a raft of new business contracts with a total construction value of over £90m.
The new Bristol Studio, which will open on March 14, will be led by Cardiff-based Partner Martin Roe along with former Austin-Smith:Lord architect Murtaza Rizvi.
New contracts in Wales include two affordable housing developments with a construction value of £20m for Cardiff Community Housing Association.
