NEW YORK: The one hundred and sixty-first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Developer-builder Ryan Cos. LCS and Harrison Street Real Estate have closed on Clarendale of Algonquin, their 186-unit senior housing project in Algonquin, a northwest suburb of Chicago. The enclosure is a major milestone in the construction of the facility; when completed in the fall of this year, the community will feature 186 units.
Clarendale of Algonquin will include 76 independent living units, 56 assisted living units and 54 memory care units, with a variety of unit configurations based on the type of care.
