NEW YORK: The one hundred and thirty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Major changes are being planned for a combination senior high-rise and retail center in Richfield – changes some fear will attract the wrong kind of demographic to the area.
The Village Shores senior complex is planning to add 50 units, while the HUB’s Hennepin County Medical Center clinic plans to move two b locks west to the Market Plaza commercial center, which comprises the bottom level of the complex, located at Woodlake Drive and West 66th Street.
