Recently, health experts from Wales recommended making simple lifestyle changes to decrease your risk of dementia in later life.

Researchers have captured scans of what they call the ‘dementia dagger’ attacking parts of the brain for the first time, using state of the art technology.

Reportedly, the molecule, which is called ‘amyloid beta’, is a tiny protein in the brain suspected to be a key player in the mechanisms underlying Alzheimer’s disease.
