NEW YORK: The one hundred and twentieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
The site plan for Traditions of Spring Hill, a new 64,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility, was proposed to the city planning commission at its Monday work session.
If approved, the proposed 64,000-square-foot building will be located on the east side of Miles Johnson Parkway, north of Duplex Road and southeast of Main Street. Alderman Jonathan Duda, a member of the planning commission, remarked at a Board of Mayor and Alderman meeting earlier this month on how assisted living is a much needed service in Spring Hill, adding that the city currently only has one such facility.
