NEW YORK: The one hundred and fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Kaplan Development Group of Jericho, New York has proposed a 54,000-square-foot assisted living facility in Wareham’s Rosebrook Business Park.
Representatives from the developer and park owner A.D. Makepeace Co. made a presentation on the 58-unit facility to the Wareham planning board this week to kick off the permitting process.
