Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophy1 NEW YORK: The ninety second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

Crews have begun turning an historic, 110-year-old former knitting mill in Syracuse’s Westside neighborhood into seniors loft apartments.

Workers from Rich & Gardner Construction Co. are performing interior demolition work at the former West Brothers Knitting Co. factory at 700-710 Emerson Ave., the start of a 15-month project to build 40 apartments in the building. The building will be named Harbor Street Lofts.
