NEW YORK: The seventy-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A specialised housing complex serving elders in need of daily assistance is planned for the Rosebrook Business Park, the Wareham Planning Board was informed during its meeting.
A preliminary – but extensive – proposal of an assisted-living facility at Rosebrook Park was submitted by James Kane, senior vice president of the A.D. Makepeace Company (which owns the land), who said it was a courtesy measure extended to board members prior to official submission of plans for the project. Benjamin Wells, vice president of Business Development for Kaplan Development Group LLC, later said developers planned to submit official plans to town officials to initiate the permitting process “immediately”.
