A Scottsdale health care company will open a new $40 million medical and assisted living facility at the long-vacant Zanjero Falls office development near University of Phoenix Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale.
Santé has bought the empty office complex at 7410 N. Zanjero Boulevard in the West Valley for $8.75 million. The property sits on 7.8 acres
