NEW YORK: The one thousand and twelfth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Work is now underway on phase two of a central Chelmsford development which will include 386 homes.
Higgins Construction has been appointed as principle contractor for the design and construction of the project by developer Genesis Housing Association.
The project will include a series of medium-rise blocks and a 14 storey building to create private, social rent, shared ownership homes and extra care accommodation, as well as commercial space, retail units and a two level basement car park.
