DALLAS: A modular residential tower that is meant to offer a solution to affordable housing is nearing completion.
The micro multigenerational dwellings could serve as a new model for affordable housing, particularly for one- and two-person households and the over 60s singles market.
Rising nine stories, it will contain 55 units ranging from 250 to 370 square feet (23 to 35 square metres). Completion is scheduled for December.
