NEW YORK: The nine hundred and ninety-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Eagle’s Trace, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the addition of Amarillo Terrace, an independent living building currently under construction.
The project will feature 108 residences with floor plans highlighting open-concept designs.
Amenities include stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Screened-in porches and patios will be options for a number of the residences.
Amarillo Terrace is currently scheduled to open in fall of 2016. Texas-based JHP Architecture is the project architect, and Whiting Turner is the general contractor. Pamela Burgeson serves as the director of sales.
