Age care compounds becoming soft crime targets

But evidence is mounting that age-apartheid compounds are increasingly becoming soft crime targets and the care sector is trashing its reputation by doing nothing to effectively counter the growing threat:

519: A skilled nursing home has been slammed by healthcare watchdogs and warned it requires improvements.

An unannounced visit found the provider had breached a number of regulations including not having enough staff on duty to ensure people’s needs were met or an up to date emergency evacuation plan in place.
