A development firm says it will begin construction next week on Atria at Villages of Windsor, a senior rental housing community west of Lake Worth.
The Planning Board delayed a decision on Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital’s site plan for a new multi-speciality outpatient clinic this week.
The $13 million, two-storey multi-speciality building is slated to sit about 220 feet to the west of the existing hospital, which is off Mascoma Street on Alice Peck Day Drive.
