NEW YORK: The eight hundred and fourty second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A development firm says it will begin construction next week on Atria at Villages of Windsor, a senior rental housing community west of Lake Worth.
The project on 22.5 acres at Lyons and Hypoluxo roads will have 318 independent living, assisted living and memory care residences. It’s expected to open in the summer of 2017.
Big Rock Partners, a development and management firm based in Delray Beach and Beverly Hills, Calif., will partner on the project with real estate investment trust Ventas Inc. Wells Fargo provided a $68.2 million construction loan.
