Public housing senior residents sue over utility inducements

assisted livingPHILADELPHIA: Four public housing seniors have filed a lawsuit accusing an agency of shortchanging them on their utility allowances and, as a result, overcharging them for rent.

With the help of two local legal groups, the four residents have filed a damages claim.
