NEW YORK: The eight hundred and thirty third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A new Sainsbury’s Local store will be included in Hightown Housing Association’s 130 home development which will help transform the Maylands area of Hemel Hempstead.
Contractor Allenbuild will begin work on the site later this year, with the first residents set to move into their new affordable homes by the end of 2017.
The new Maylands plaza scheme, which is being built on the site of a redundant call centre, will include other commercial units in a parade of shops, an “attractive public square and two modern blocks of one and two-bedroom apartments.”
