NEW YORK: The eight hundred and first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Work has just started on site with the project – designed by John McCall Architects – due to be completed in October 2016.
It is the second scheme to be built by Bardsley for City West, a ForViva group member which owns 14,600 homes, following the completion of a 66-bed complex at Amblecote Gardens, Little Hulton.
The scheme opened in September 2014 and formed part of a wider £13.2m scheme to provide 73 affordable family homes and five bungalows for older people.
