NEW YORK: The seven hundred and ninety-first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The closing on a proposed second assisted-living facility in the town could be completed by mid-October, followed by a 14-month building cycle that would have the centre ready for use by 2017, a spokesman for the developer said.
Ted Doyle, director of corporate marketing for LCB, said his group still has to close on the project and obtain its building permit for the facility, which is proposed for 224 Salem St. in Vinnin Square. He said if all goes well, construction on the $17 million, 84-apartment project would begin in mid-fall of this year and finish up in the first quarter of 2017…
