But evidence is mounting that age-apartheid compounds are increasingly becoming soft crime targets and the care sector is trashing its reputation by doing nothing to effectively counter the growing threat:

413: A nurse has been fined after being found guilty of professional misconduct for placing tape over the mouth of a patient. He was also charged with placing a sling under a patient without the assistance of a colleague, in breach of lifting procedures.
