Hotel set to be recycled into assisted living sector

Beer-PourDALLAS: The 36-room limited service hotel was first built in 1990 on a 2.3-acre parcel. The property was marketed as a conversion opportunity. The buyer has plans to convert the hotel to a substance abuse rehabilitation assisted living facility.
