BOSTON: The fate of two skilled nursing homes may be not be known for another two months. A judge overseeing a lawsuit over the two facilities has set the next status conference for October 6.
Members of the Save the Nursing Homes group filed the lawsuit last year as they struggled to prevent the handing over of operations at the two centres to a for-profit company.
In a status conference on Tuesday, a judge granted the parties’ request to schedule the next status conference for the October date.
