Age care compounds becoming soft crime targets

But evidence is mounting that age-apartheid compounds are increasingly becoming soft crime targets and the care sector is trashing its reputation by doing nothing to effectively counter the growing threat:

287: Residents at an assisted living complex were awoken and evacuated early Wednesday morning following an electrical fire.

The call came in a little after 4:30 a.m. An air conditioning unit caught fire in a resident’s room.
