NEW YORK: The six hundred and forty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Gentry Park, a new $50 million senior-living community, is expected to open its first units in east Orlando in September.
The 30-acre campus on Curry Ford Road is being developed by Indianapolis-based Mizak LLC. The project is being built in four phases, and the $15 million first phase includes 84 units, Mizak CEO Bill Mathews said.
Indianapolis-based WDG Construction is the general contractor.
