NEW YORK: The six hundred and thirty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Purley Baptist Church plan to build a new church with housing and parking on the town’s “island site” on Purley Cross, at the corner of Banstead Road and Purley Way.
Paul Scott, planning committee chairman, said the housing in the current plan, 200 units in total with 15 per cent affordable housing, will be all delivered on the church’s second site in Banstead Road, which is necessary to make the scheme financially viable.
