The collaboration of a team of award-winning architects – property portal Hemnet, and the general masses – the ultimate over 50s dream home was realised and then designed into reality.
An analysis of 200 million clicks on 86,000 properties over 10 months identified the most desirable features and finishes on the quintessential over 50s dream home: open-plan kitchens, fireplaces, plain white walls, wood parquet flooring, granite countertops, and grey couches.
The House of Clicks is being prepared for mass production and is projected to be on the market by 2016…
