NEW YORK: The five hundred and fifty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Kelowna’s new $16 million affordable housing development has officially broken ground at 1745 Chapman Place.
The new affordable housing development, Central Green, will be available for low to moderate income adults, seniors, and families. The project will provide 86 rental apartments, including 32 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units. The development will also feature a number of studio units which will be attached to larger units, offering seniors or young adults the option to live close to family.
It is entered in the Affordable Housing Plan category.
