NEW YORK: The five hundred and forty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Eric Chinburg is working with the owner of a Durham assisted living facility to develop the Durham Business Park after a five-year standstill.
The Durham Business Park, located on Route 4, was established 10 years ago and has remained undeveloped since then. Out of the 28-acre property, only six are developable due to wetland and shoreline setbacks. Additionally, the only residential uses approved for the site are an eldercare facility or a skilled nursing home.
