A $60 million retirement community coming to Celebration is one step closer to breaking ground later this year and bringing a wave of new business to the area.
Balfour Beatty has been chosen as the construction manager by national real estate investment firm Big Rock Partners. The 225-unit community will be the first of its kind in Celebration, offering three different services, including independent living, assisted living and memory care services.
