Non-profit releases report on how to age well

DALLAS: The Innovations in Aging Collaborative has released its “aging well” report, a 131-page, data-rich examination of changing demographics and ways to best prepare for the “silver tsunami” of aging baby boomers.

The report updated a 2011 study by the same economist. It covers the implications of the demographic shift, demand for health care services, the creation of an age-friendly world, transportation and social participation including the organisation of “virtual villages”…
