NEW YORK: The four hundred and ninety-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Chateau Waters is St. Benedict’s Senior Community’s new resort-style campus, located at 1733 Pine Cone Road South, Suite 200, Sartell, MN 56377.
Construction on Chateau Waters began in mid-March. The campus will have 72 independent living apartments, each with a private deck or patio, as well as 24 therapy suites for onsite post-hospital recovery. Construction is slated to be complete in the summer of 2016.
