NEW YORK: The four hundred and ninety-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Plans for the Camino Esperanza apartments on Katherine Road, as shown in this rendering, include five six-unit, single-story, ranch-style buildings and a community building.
Ventura-based CEDC secured city approval to build the 31-unit complex on Katherine Road in August 2012.
