NEW YORK: The four hundred and fiftieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The four-storey, 75,000-square-foot multi-unit complex will house 80 apartments on a 1.7-acre parcel in Water Street’s southeast corner.
Its amenities include an alternative fuel station, views of the Huron River and downtown Ypsilanti, a rooftop terrace, porches for each unit and easy access to downtown Ypsilanti and the Border to Border trail that will run along the river bank. The building also includes community, game and exercise rooms.
