NEW YORK: The four hundred and thirty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Mulbury Homes has submitted a planning application for a multi-million pound housing and retail development that will rejuvenate the former Walton Hospital site on Merseyside.
The scheme will see 195 new homes, a mix of affordable and private market housing, created on the 13.5 acre site along with an Aldi supermarket, said Greg Mulligan, a director of Mulbury Homes.
