PinPoint Commercial, LP has announced the creation of a new company, PinPoint Senior Living, which will focus exclusively on establishing innovative senior housing communities enabled by state-of-the-art technology, as well as the development of four new senior living communities, said John Thompson, chairman of PinPoint Commercial.
