NEW YORK: The four hundred and twenty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The Planning Board is considering approvals for a 31-unit apartment building for low-income seniors proposed to be built as part of the Del Monte warehouse development.
The developer has agreed to build 55 units of affordable housing as part of the $125 million Del Monte rehabilitation project. The apartment complex will house low-income seniors, while two dozen units for moderate-income residents will be included in the main building.
