NEW YORK: The four hundred and eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A new affordable housing community is being built in Southwest Lubbock by Stellar Developments Co. that will offer 96 new apartment units.
The Vineyards, located on 5 acres on the corner of 94th Street and Milwaukee Avenue, is estimated to cost about $14 million. Construction is expected to be completed in about eight months.
The project will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units and will be available to residents who earn up to 60 per cent of the area median income. The new property will also include a business centre, fitness facility, clubroom, garages, a playground, covered parking and balconies.
