NEW YORK: The four hundred and sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
An elderly living scheme by PegasusLife on the site of former Cheshire East Council offices in Wilmslow has planning permission.
PegasusLife was selected as preferred bidder for the 2-acre site known as Remenham in Chapel by Engine of the North, the council’s development agency, in June last year.
The retirement housing provider’s plans include 67 assisted living apartments alongside a reception/concierge area, restaurant, lounge, library and hobby room, wellbeing facilities including physiotherapy suite, treatment room, hair and nail salon, salt inhalation suite, sauna, steam room, and gym.
