NEW YORK: The three hundred and ninety-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The Villa at Terracina Grand has 55 apartments for 60 residents.
It also has a nature immersion room and therapeutic garden.
Developers say the cost to live at the community is comparable to similar assisted-living facilities.
