NEW YORK: The three hundred and ninety-first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A new $88.9 million retirement community is being built in Sinnamon Park.
The project, which will be built by Season’s Aged Care, will have a total of 283 units constructed on a vacant piece of land on Oldfield Rd.
Stage one of the project will deliver 131 units with a choice of one, two or three-bedroom fully self-contained apartments.
This is expected to open in early 2017.
