NEW YORK: The three hundred and eighty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A skilled nursing home with its own cinema and pub is being built in Derby.
Construction work on the 78-bed home in Coleman Street has begun and is due to be completed in May next year.
It will be known as Kiwi House and will operate as a residential and dementia skilled nursing home.
It is being built by Adept Care Homes.
Dave Lock, principal at Adept Care Homes, said that Kiwi House would offer “unrivalled” care accommodation.
