LOS ANGELES: Work has been completed on a new £7million housing complex in Alnwick. The state-of-the-art Weavers Court Extra Care scheme offers 58 one and two-bedroomed apartments specially for the over-55s.
Housing association Isos has taken possession of the complex, after main contractor Galliford Try Partnerships North finished work.
Apartments are available to buy through shared ownership, or to rent from Isos. Applicants must be aged 55 or over and have a housing or recognised care need…..
