$200m multigenerational residential twin tower development proposed

milliganPERTH: A Singaporean developer has won planning approval for Perth’s fourth tallest building — a 52-storey development that will be one of the biggest residential towers in the central business district.

The $200 million plan for the corner of Milligan and Murray streets involves two towers — the 52-storey multigenerational residential building with 359 apartments and a 37-level hotel with 406 rooms.
