MIAMI: The first stage of the $122 million prestigious Golden Lakes apartment development at Kewarra Beach is set to start next month, with 150 jobs on offer.
Developers have sold about 50 of the 74 apartments in stage 1 – about $40m worth – and expect to have workers on-site at the end of next month or early November…..
